Wishing You Warmth, Peace, and Joy This Holiday Season
This year has been a whirlwind in so many ways, and we've all experienced an incredible amount of change, challenge, and emotions.

Despite all of the challenges of 2020, we believe there are brighter days on the horizon. We find our inspiration in people, like you, that we have the privilege of serving every day. Until those brighter days arrive, we intend to celebrate the positives we are blessed with. If anything, this year has taught us to be even more grateful for what and who we have in our lives.

We are beyond thankful for the wonderful new relationships created this year and the friendships that have helped us push through hardship. Thank you for your support and the opportunity to help. But above all, we are honored to serve you and play a small part in the difference you make! Your kind notes and testimonials, comments, reviews, and phone calls about using Shipthrifty and working with us is what makes our work so rewarding. You are truly what drives us.

We are committed to supporting service members, their families, and the nonprofits who support them. We've participated in 15 times more educational events/calls this year to share military shipping tips and information. Our services are now on Military OneSource in the community resources, and we continue to volunteer our time to help nonprofits, albeit remotely.
Even with COVID-19 and the cancellation of so many nonprofit care package events this year, we've continued to grow. We are proud to say we've helped 125% more people this year. Our average customer saves 11 minutes every time they create a label on their own with Shipthrifty compared to waiting in line at the retail shipping counter. Military care package groups save an average of 12-20 hours per month between automated care package request forms, automated addressing, online customs, and transfer of custody to the carrier.
